Analyzes data regarding purchases, inventory, and labor to determine the effects of these factors on costs, and prepares plans to minimize costs while maximizing quality of product and services provided.

Interprets data to educate management on the status of the company’s finances, and to track how well the company is meeting its target growth.

Provides management with reports that specify and compare the factors between actual and projected costs  that are affecting the company’s profitability. 

Performs contract, voucher and order audits and analyzes past and present financial operations and estimates future revenues and expenditures from the compiled data. 

Maintains a computer-based accounting system which provides control of expenditures made to carry out activities, such as advertising and marketing, maintenance, as well as assists in projecting costs of activities, such as offering new products to customers.   

Supervises a bookkeeper who performs basic company bookkeeping tasks, including recording Right Find’s financial transactions, and posting and verifying the amounts of sales slips, invoices, receipts, and check stubs.
